Hey y'all. Nice to make your acquaintance.

I'm new to the community, haven't done a whole lot of this, mostly reading about it over the years and wondering if it is actually possible to make one's dick larger.
Based on all the buzz in this place, I think I'm actually a believer now and am going to give it a go.
Nice to meet y'all brothers in growth.

My starting measurements are:

Starting Date: 1/30/2020
FBPL: 4.95'
FG: 4'
SFL: 6'
EG: 5'
NBPEL: 6.25'
EBPL: 7'

My goal is to be a solid 9x6 behemoth. I gotta say I thought I was a little bigger than I was given how many compliments I've received over the years. Goes to show you that people aren't really good at eyeballing the size of a cock I suppose. LOL.

Here is the routine I'm currently getting started with: I added the bundled stretching

DLD's NEWBIE ROUTINE


New Addition to Newbie Routine


5 minutes of Bundled Stretching before Length Routine and girth work

Basic Stretching: 3 Sets of each stretch below
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Up Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks

Basic Jelqing

For First 2 weeks - 300 2 Second Jelqs

after 2 weeks - 600 2 Second Jelqs

After Jelq: Warm Down

PC Muscle Fitness


100 quick Kegel squeezes

50 of the following:
Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.

Testicle Health Massage

So The only thing I've added to this was the bundled stretching. I felt like I needed to do a little more of that, something in my being told me it was crucial. So I spend a good 5 minutes doing bundled corkscrews during the warm-up and warm down section after the jelq sets.

I also did the PE hypnosis tracks that were made by Wendi Freisen. I found those in the mental PE forum, and thought, what the hell might as well get the unconscious involved as well. Get everyone on the same page up there, right? LOL. I did all of them one after the other, and actually kinda felt incredible.
I'm liking adding this to my routine.

I'm gonna do this AT LEAST once a day unless my body tells me to take a break.

2/1 marks day 3 or my journey. Nothing special to report. Just getting the 'hang' of things. ;-)
I was told to give the newbie routine 4 weeks before I added anything to it. Thinking about investing in a sleeve as well.
 
Excellent work putting your team together on your own, I’m very proud of you. This is a very good work out as it hits every possible angle of growth. It is usually what most people start with and eventually they work their way into SRT. Thanks for your daily updates and I’ll be here every day to check up on you.

This morning I did the routine on my couch.
I did a 1 hundred or two more jelqs than directed in the routine.

If I get to time to squeeze (ha) in a second one I will.

I did get to squeeze a second one in.
Did a second go with two sets of 400 jelqs.

I used to do two routines a day also and I grew faster than anybody has ever grown.

Yeah I feel like it's not that difficult to pull off. Especially since I work from home and don't wear pants most of the time anyway. lol.

Newbie Routine, with longer holds on the basic stretching.

I had a nice long sess in a hot shower. i did three sets of of each position in the basic stretch series with bundled corkscrews between each set.

Yeah I feel like it's not that difficult to pull off. Especially since I work from home and don't wear pants most of the time anyway. LOL.

I'm not sure what the deal is, but these PE routines, get me all kinds of riled up. I had to handle myself after the warm down.

The secret? Could you expand on that some, DLD?
I get this very high energy and productive flow going, but the switch is easily flipped afterwards.
I'm assuming that the being very horny after doing the routine is a good sign?
Will having a stroke after doing my routine inhibit my results any?

I found myself wide awake, at 6:30am on the dot. So.... I got to work.
1 Newbie routine with added bundled warmup/cooldowns/corkscrews

Also had some very good sex today, so I'll just go ahead and count that as part of my PE routine. lololol

The secret is the brotherhood and the knowledge you were gaining to make the growth you desire. Definitely a good sign to have that libido after training or even during training. Once results are made permanent they never go back.

6:00 AM Newbie Routine

damn 6 AM! That’s about the time I go to bed. But I’ll tell you when I was first starting out I would get out of bed at five in the morning so I can get two hours of PE before my girl woke up.
 
DLD I'm not even sure why I'm up this early. It's just been happening on its own. LOLol

i’m just finishing eating my breakfast and it’s 1130. I like to be a night owl because I really don’t like people that much, I really don’t like this world that much,? I would rather be in the night where everyone sleeping and I can concentrate in complete peace.

2/8 Only one PE session before bed.

I also purchased one of those anti-turtling sleeves. Figured I might as well do that.

It's been a little over a week in my first PE routine. I'm getting the hang of it.

It sounds like you’re progressing very well, I’m very pleased. I see you’re getting a lot of jelqing in, you may want to consider moving into the SSJ eventually.
