Why can't I view all the pictures and attachments when using my iPhone? I'm not very tech savvy so I'm sure there's a simple solution.

Mainly because people are not uploading the right way. can you see this picture? If so then the pictures are working fine:

If you can't see the picture I have posted I am not sure what is wrong. You can switch from mobile to desktop through the preferences in the control panel from your phone.

I don't have an option for that on my phone. Usually there's an option on the website.
