Forehead skin inflation/ blowing up from using suction / vacuum device. Safe?

I apologize as I think this topic has probably already been covered somewhere. I did a search for it and could not find anything though.

I am not circumsized and whenever I use a suction device like the penis vacuum stretcher found in the shop here - (with the cap where I can suck the air out of it so it pulls the head out my penis in), the skin around the head on my penis becomes inflated it appears (edema?) , it becomes heavier and appears to "blow up" (filled with fluid). I can see it expand when I pump the air out, but after having it in their for a while, when it comes out it is really inflated and heavy.

It usually subsides overtime, though I don't know exactly what is going on there, and if it is safe. Should I stop? Is this a problem? Because this happens so easily to me I suspect this is very common. It can make it harder to pee, because the inflated foreskin can block an opening.

May I ask how do people manage this please?

Take my advice my brother. If length is what you seek, you don't need any extender at all because most of them are very complicated to use and you will keep on replacing spare parts. What you need for length is the length master. You don't need to spend more than 1 hour daily working on gaining length.

If you buy the length master, you don't need to buy any spare parts and you will easily gain 2.5 to 3 inches of length in a 1 year period of using the length master. All you need to do is 3 sets of 20mins session. Extenders will frustrate your life amd you will keep buying spare part/replacements. Those extenders do not produce enough pulling force. With the length master, you fan target a particular area of the penis and make gains from there. Once that area is exhausted in terms of gains, you can target another area to get more gains. No length device can be compared to the length master.

I went from 6.5 inches to 8.25 inches with the use of the length master. In the past, I bought size genetics extender 4 times and got frustrated over and over again. You need a PE device that is addictive. The device you are using is not addictive instead, it is frustrating you which is a bad sign. You will never be frustrated by the length master.

The length master gives you the power to stretch with as much force as you want and it is also cheaper compared to those extenders.

My words are from experience. Take my advice bro.

The only drawback is the manual time I have to spend. I don't have even 20 minutes a day to spend on tugging myself manually.
I work a lot and can do hanging for a few hours a day as I sit at my pc and work, but that's about it (I can probably do 5 minutes of pulling as I take it on and off).

Can I achieve gains just from hanging?

I bought a regular extender and gained about half an inch in the first few weeks, but now I cannot get it any further after nearly 2 months of trying, so I switched to another device and started hanging weights, which does seem more effective. I might just try not sucking the air out so my penis does not get edema. I appreciate the help.

Yes you can gain through hanging but you still need to do as little as 5mins manual stretches right before every hanging session.
 
Great, I will give that a go. I assume the length master is what most people use, as getting edema won't work long term imo.
It can take 24 hours for the fluid to subside, so I definitely cannot use a vacuum every day.

If women worry about a shrunken penis because it is cold, then they don't know what true penises are. Mine hid inside by body because it was cold outside, until I went into warm water.
