Fine lines and wrinkles!

Glad this is active again as I have a few products that work :)

Firstly syn-age-reverse by Tranquillity Skincare uses the patented Syn-Ake technology which is based on some Snake Venom and in the much more expensive Rodial brand but its the same as this, just celebrities use that. I found it smooths the skin nicely and does reduce fine lines. Its a gel, nice stuff.

Secondly good old Leech & Crocodile oil is great for the face as a tonic. I have noticed better looking skin since using it.

Thirdly a Liquorice & Aniseed soap from the shop Lush (Website same name) which is really good for cleaning the skin on the face

Wear sunglasses always, after shaving use Hydrocortisone cream, stay out of the sun, never wash your face with anything but water.

There are facial exercises you can do and they work. Google gurus like Carole Maggio or just 'facial exercises'.

Me, I look at it this way; I earned every last one o' those wrinkles (and grey hairs) in a fair and proper fashion and I'm gonna wear 'em to the grave.

Plus, I'm workin' on my accent so I can do the whole "Sean Connery" thang.

I went grey 10 years ago so dealing with my hair is a very big process. I have to get it cut every 2 days to keep my fade black (from coloring it) if I wait longer I am all grey. Very expensive to have a fade that is why my hair was long for most of my life. I find it fun to hit the barber every two days, I feel crispy clean and my shit is always lined up. Plus I love the ghetto barber shop social life:) I stay out of the sun, I never wash my face with anything but water, use hydrocortisone every day after shaving face! I am 44 and I look 30, I have no wrinkles from this protocol. Full head of hair, never shampooed it! Only water! Some strange habits I guess but I think I got the answers to youth on lock.:)

Hydrocortisone! Interesting. I'm going to look into that. I started using cool water only to wash my hair in the last few weeks and my hair is definitely fuller and healthier. I also started using hair coloring, too. Fuck gray hair. Seriously. Not just women lately, but all people I interact with react more positively to me with dark hair. I use sunblock always.

Hydrocortisone Cream (not ointment) is by far the best youthful practice. After shaving, when the pores are open the cream works its way into the dermal layers of skin leaving it soft and youthful. Your body, mainly hair and face are very specific to it's own body chemistry, the body rarely makes mistakes on this level. Your skin is naturally able to cleanse itself as is the hair (remember we loose all hair and body skin every few months. Using soap or shampoo strips the body of its own natural oils and allows havoc to begin. Hair will become lifeless, dry or even too oily due to the mismatch in soap application to body chemistry. Water is enough to clean, do not worry too much about smell. AT first you may have a strong odor but eventually it will subside and you will always smell fresh with your own natural pheromones. If you have suffered with acne this will solve that issue. No more antibiotics or expensive skin creams, keep it simple and water specific and you will be clean, youthful with no acne.
