What’s up family! Ya boy checking in with some great news! My LM has arrived and I got a quick 15 min session in LITERALLY soon as I brought it in the house..and I must say… Fuckin’ powerful!! What a GameChanger! As you guys know I recently hit my first plateau as well as injury(2 blisters ouch) so I’m excited for this new tool which I think is a cornerstone of length work.. now of course there is a learning curve, and that’s cool.. I’m just happy my arms are not getting burned out, shaking 15 min into a stretch.. now I can EASILY hold my stretches longer!! (1 min) Talk about working smarter than harder? Lol .. anyway I’ll make sure to keep you guys posted!
