Hi all,

Long time lurker but this is my first complete go easy on me :)

I have been pumping for a little while now (6 months on and off but 3-months more regularly 5 days per week) and seem to be making slow gains, I have followed the basic routine of 5 mins pumping followed by 5 mins jelqing, but I’m struggling to make any real gains. On my 2nd set I can usually fill the 2inch tube at the base upto about 2.5 inches but rarely anymore than that.

My question is, will this happen for the rest of my penis in time if I persist with the same routine, or should I be doing something different? I don’t think I’m experience in PE enough for clamping but interested in this approach if it may be good to do alongside pumping.

Fairly healthy 46 year old both fitness and mental health wise, probably could do a bit more CV exercise but that’s probably true for most 😂

I have a 2 x 9 inch cylinder with a standard hand grip pump with a pressure gauge.

Pressure I’m using are generally under -5Hg, I have tried going higher but end up with significant discolouration and lots of red dots so happy at this pressure for the time being.

I have tried on and off previously (very unsuccessfully) to gain length using an ADS and through hanging but couldn’t seem to commit to any form of consistency to have any impact. At the moment I’m back using my ADS but only for a couple of hours a day but understand I’m unlikely to make any length gains - my focus is more on girth and I feel this is something I’m more likely to be able to commit to 🙏

My girth at the moment is 5.5inch and looking to get to 6 inches if possible (I know this may take many months of consistent work).

Hoping that by being active on here will give me the push I need to be more consistent and measured in my approach to (hopefully) make the gains I’m looking for 💪🏽

Got it. Your upper pressure is in the lower negative pressure zone. Let's surround your routines on the low pressure with constant tissue warming. Your tissues are not conditioned for pumping yet. So, we'll take a low to moderate approaches.

ADS will be your priming for girth. It acts as a tissue stressor a few hours before pumping. So, do wear it a few hours before your pumping sessions.

Let's start out with a general approach. Wear the ADS first to soften the longitudinal tissues fibers, which is mainly your tunica. But before you pump, let's warm up the tissues more using heat packs, rice sick, or warm water pouches. Get those tissues as warm as you can get. Use your hands to do a 5 minute warm up stretch to further loosen the tissues. If you can twist your penis in a full rotation or more, and pull the penis straight down to the floor for 120 seconds in one rotation direction, and 120 seconds for the other, then 60 seconds without any rotation, straight down, as hard as you can without feeling any sharp pain. This will prime your tissues right up. Warm your tissues one last time for 120 seconds.

Start doing the SSJ for 7 minutes to start. This follows up with 3 minutes of pumping at -5inHg.

Warm your tissues back up again for 1 minute. SSJ for another 7 minutes. Pump to -5inHg for 30 seconds. Creep up to -5.5inHg for 30 seconds, down to -5inHg for 60 seconds, up to -5.5inHg for 30 seconds, and down to -5inHg for 60 seconds. Repeat pressure one more time.

Third set will be like the first set. Make sure to always increase your tissues up with heat after every SSJ and pumping set.

Try this for 3 days and let us know what you experienced. We'll go from there.

Try being 57! It is so hard for me to accept I am that old. Started MOS when I was 36. Years fly by so quickly this is why we should take advantage of everyday.

The best 2 items to buy here the LengthMaster and the SiliSretcher. The Silistretcher is extremely comfortable as you can wear for hours doing the most demanding work. The LengthMaster is extremely valuable to bring the ultimate length in a short period of time. To check how this all works I highly recommend you read through SRT as it will provide an extreme education i abut 15 minutes. You can use all of it as SRT allows for those changes.

As I said above SRT is the way to go and will produce that 6" you want in no time.

5hg pressure is about the same as a normal erection...you'll never gain at that amount. Slowly (I mean very) increase the pressure...start at 7hg for 10 seconds and then reduce, then 9gh and so on. My standard pressure is 10-12 and I blast-up to 15-18 for a few seconds then release. I stay under pressure for only a couple of minutes and then release/return several times until my overall pump time is about 30 minutes (I do this two to three times every day)
Be careful (I can't tell you how many times ive overpumped and caused a blister on the glans (not good)...discloration is also a part of this...I just live with it
