Well' I've been working out at the gym for a few years and pretty familiar with the weight training work out but this is a new realm to me and I want to get into it because in reading some of your posts i see that exercizing techniques when executed properly have yielded results!
The only problem is I have no idea WTF some of the terminology behind these routines even MEAN thus making it impossible for me to do on my own.
So basically I'm asking could someone provide me with a link to a free guide out there on an internet that explains this stuff to the newbie so i understand and learn about "jelqing" (i hope that doesnt sound stupid but I never heard of this before) and whatever else you do to attain results or maybe even a quick guide in your own words.
I know if I run a google search I'll come up with about 1000 hits for this trying to SELL me a routine, but no way I'm going to pay for that sort of information when I know its out there for free
