ESL40 SCAM

Hello everyone, nice to have my first post, i have looked around for a year with an account, and even more anonymously.

The issue is i bought a ESL40 in their page, and the status never changed, it says shipment pending, i have try to contact them via mail, telephone, everything, and no answer it has been over a month, so people be aware where you spend your money, i trust them and they scammed me without giving any answer, despite all the times i tried to contact them.

If someone have any suggestion for fixing this issue, it will be very helpful, thank you very much to everyone.

@Zacharias12321 thanks for letting us know here, so members can be wary if they decided to go with that particular product.

If you paid with credit card, contact them and explain that you have been scammed.

If the CC company's asks, tell them its exercise equipment, which it is.

Get your money back with that route, and let others know how piss poor the customer support is, because we get this allot about companies customer support, how bad it is.
