I want to incorporate erect stretching into my routine, but I’m cautious as I do not want to injure myself. I’ve a question @DLD can you use the length master for recent stretching? If so what’s the best connection point?
Erect stretches cannot be done with the length master. They are best done with hands. Get yourself erect and grab your penis at the extreme base. Stretch to each direction for 30 seconds each 3 reps each direction. Up, down, right, left and Center.
