EQ, Girth, Hanging and skin irritations help

Been out on a “slong” lay off haha!

I had a slight cut which kept returning, due to length work, the frenulum just can’t handle any type of stretching so id rather just stick to girth work. Which brings me to these topics I need some help with.

EQ - I bathmate and SSJ superset everyday and maybe 1 rest day here and there. I have made zero gains. My EQ is awful, I can barely maintain erections when trying to SSJ which can take my sessions up to over an hour. I have been micro dosing with cialis but even then not very strong erections - any ideas?

Hanging - as my size genetics or any type of stretching cuts me open on the frenulum, I was wondering how effective hanging would be for me? I’m very time constrained due to work which only gives we 2 hours in the day (am & pm) to do some length and girth work. Any suggestions on where to start?

Irritation - since I’ve been pumping a lot and wearing a cockring to hold the pump, pretty much alday everyday I’ve noticed irritation that resembles thrush and tightness around the foreskin and head (yeast infection to you Americans) I am very clean and clean my bathmate but am always getting it - any ideas?

This all sounds like it comes down to erection quality and I think that the solution may be in Viagra if you’re not getting it from Cialis. Cialis for me did not work it actually made things worse. But with Viagra, even 25 mg I am through the roof EG.

are you doing any PC work? Things like Kegels and ballooning?

Cialis for me works during sex but more often than not I can really maintain a solid erection during any type of PE, my sex drive is pretty low atm too was thinking that could be a factor...

However when I do manage to thicken him up I’m all of a sudden rock hard, doesn’t make sense to me!

I basically have the same problem. I can get rock hard for sex but can’t keep an erection for a minute during PE

For me Viagra was the answer And it changeD everything for me! Only 25 mg and it would give me a steel hard rock hard cock.

The only side effects I get from Viagra is there’s a shift in my vision where things look more blue than normal. I also get in the state of euphoria as this is part of how Viagra feels. It’s super quick and effective. So many people struggle so much with EQ when it can be solved so easily.

Yeh would be good to know about how often viagra can be take and in what dose, I take about 5mg-7mh of cialis a day and more often than not it doesn’t work or I’ll break out in a rash.


Also, would it be a good idea to SSJ super sets with a Clamp?

The body is not designed for the consumption of synthetic drugs; especially with prolonged use of them. It eventually damages the natural processes of the human body from excessive wear and tear on it. All drugs have "side-effects" and well as benefits. A decision has to be made, are the benefits out-weighing the side effects or vice-versa.

Myself, I'm not an advocate of using PDE-5 prohibitors as a method for doing PE-Girth training because the side-effects out weigh the benefits. One of the worst drug interaction with PDE5 inhibitors is vison changes.It doesn't happen to everyone, but it happens. Famous last words are, "It won't happen to me."..

Far as your concern with permanent damage from your 18 month use of 25mg of Viagra daily... who knows, depends on your medical history and health at the time. So, probably not

Did nothing to me. I took 50 to 100 MG a day for training and sex for years
