Yes you will by sticking with it. 8.5 to 9 was a challenge but I beat it and went beyond
I'm sure you did but i doubt i will have the time and dedication like you do i can possible see me giving it a go for 6 months to a year wearing a stretcher for 8 hours a day anything beyond that and perhaps incorporating a quick pump before and after however is doubtful.

Make those decisions when the time goes. I know my training was more but I did not have all of the equipment til later and that made a huge difference
 
Well I have it on and attached to the leg... doesn't seem too bad. I wear baggy pants so there is no way you can tell I'm wearing it. The nice thing I've noticed about attaching to the leg is that if I need a break I can just move my leg in a 90 degree angle and it relieves a good bit of the tension. Which may result in longer wear times. So while standing of course it's stretching pretty good and if I'm sitting and want to stretch I simply extend my leg.

Left it on for a little over an hour and definitely can feel what I think is some ligament discomfort on the left side which makes sense since it was the left leg it was attached too... not a great feeling... and a little worrying... is this normal?

Feeling better today. Still have to work out the kinks like maintaining a vacuum as it tends to lose it relatively quick. I'm also a little worried about where and how it's stretching. I'm not looking to stretch ligaments but the shaft itself. Need to figure out the best way to do that.
There is no danger in stretching ligaments (Fundiform and Suspensory ligament). Downward stretches should produce fastest gains.

But I have never used an ADS personally, but the basics of Penis Enlargement, and the anatomy of the penis is the same.
 
Ok; the discomfort I had on the inside left area on my pelvic crease/line was no joke. Felt like a sprained/pulled muscle.

Yea I am thanks for asking. Recovery time was short. I'm sure I made a classic rookie mistake trying to stretch too much for too long. Probably wasnt in the best position either so...I'm sure it will take me a minute to find my groove. Any tips and support is very much appreciated.

ADS = All Day Stretcher.
I have never used an ADS (only: Phalosan Forte briefly), but what I know is that you should increase the intensity exponentially as you progress. With this strategy, you will simultaneously prevent injuries and also at the same time maximize gains.

Wearing an ADS should be only done with light force to keep your tissue more elongated then a penis elongation wrap, or you can do both active stretching and passive elongation healing.
This is a valid method if you only have the ADS as a length gain method.

For a shorter time you stretch harder at maximum tension, and during the rest of the time you "just" keep your tissue elongated with the ADS.

Do you you perform manual stretches as well? Or have any other implementation in your program where you work on length? If not I would suggest that you increase the tension slowly, so you do not injure yourself again. Extender work is a little diffrent then an ADS. I all depends on the rest of your program.

Only the pump which I use a little more often briefly. Thanks for the other info I will cerrainly make those suggestion my gameplan from here on out. An injury right away definitely mademe causious but the healing time was quick. Lesson learned and ready to continue to figure out whats going to work best for me.

My wife got a real idea of what 7 girth was when i showed her it was essentially a pool ball and said uhm no lol so I no longer have that impossible goal to meet.

9 would be a good goal because I think its actually doable but anything beyond that would be a surprise.
 

Thanks man, yesterday I did 10 hours, today 11. The only 'troubling' thing I need to work out is fluid retention near the frenulum. Fairly sizable. Read some tips here about not pumping the bell as much but that it's a pretty unavoidable thing with vacuum stretchers.. So long as it always goes away I'm fine with it. I absolutely can't alter the 'look' of what I have as my wife will have a meltdown.

No, I'm pretty new... I haven't used any pumps in a very long time until recently and it my 20's I think I messed around with it only a handful of times. I'll have too look into that though. Be nice to just buy a new tube. At some point I'm expecting my wife to cut me off and say enough.

You remind me of a member here called Acromegaly. At the start of his PE journey, his wife was extremely supportive. He got to 7 inches girth and his wife pressured him to quit PE. She even logged into the forum to tell us to beg the husband to quit PE. That brother has since disappeared from the forum till this day.

Yep he was into pumping, remember a story his wife smashed his bathmate against the ground, he just vanished would be great to have him back so he can share his technique..

I believe I saw a picure of his penis in some post before. His penis was the thickness and shape of the Bathmate. Really massive and thick.
 
My routine since I picked up the vacuum stretcher is using the pump briefly in the morning to start my day. Then I strap up on either my left of right leg pulling in a downward position for 10 to 11 hours. I haven't made it to 12 hours yet. Most days I come home from wearing it at work as I have a job where I can easily get away with it. I then take it off for a couple hours then strap back up until it's nearly time for bed.

Attached to my leg I can ease up if I choose when sitting or stretch out my leg for a bit more pull. Walking provides a continuous tugging which I think is similar to jelqing. Wearing a gland cap solved my fluid retention that I experienced once and I haven't run into any bad ligament pain once I figured out my best tension setting.

The only thing that bothers my wife so far is she's used to grabbing my package throughout the day at random. Now she asks if I'm strapped up. LOL

Are you using the SiliStretcher? How long have you been using the vacuum stretcher?

No, to be honest and no offense to the forum but I'm far too cheap to buy the SiliStretcher. I bought a blue bell cap vacuum stretcher from Ebay. I have nothing to compare it to but it holds a vacuum perfectly it also included an extender addon. I'm on my 4th full day using it. So far so good. No issues.

I understand brother. If you can do a manual broomstick routine for 20 minutes daily in addition to wearing the vacuum stretcher, you will gain length faster. Just grab any smooth broomstick. There is a video for the broomstick exercise.

I'm a path of least resistance type of guy. I'm pretty comfortable with the vacuum stretcher already. I'm not seeing any issues making it something I just put on everyday and go about my business. Outside of that however I don't really have the privacy needed to get into extra routines so the strap on one of my legs is easy and convenient.

Trying to have the effort not change much about my daily routine. While my wife is fine with my efforts I don't want it becoming something that my wife sees as consuming time and disrupting our lifestyle.

Bundled stretches will loosen up Tunica albuginea, and this will make your tissue more pliable and stretchable in the ADS/extender.

No I haven't but I will say that so far the vacuum stretcher has very much made my tissue more pliable and crazy stretchable. I'm already noticing changes. Strangely enough girth has received a strong boost that my wife already commented about.
 
I think I might buy a smaller cup as this one seems a little large but I'm worried about chaffing from the sides of a smaller cup. Is sticking with the larger cup a good idea or should I have a better fitting one even though I might risk chaffing?

Get some hydrocortisone and these issues will fade

You can also use the water trick, and keep some water inside the cup to protect the glans. You create a water layer between the cup and your glans.

I have to admit I can not personally use the vacuum cups you are talking about. The biggest one they sell from these companies have an inside diameter of 42 mm (~1.65") that will not work for me.
But I'm happy some men can use them. Just really strange they only have 3 sizes of these cups. But I'm not sorry. I have the LengthMaster 3.0, and it will give me all the lengthgains I need.
