Which is better for Optimizing a male's hormonal profile it terms of high test-low estrogen and generally more masculine?

1) lots of muscle mass(gain 20 more lb. of muscle)

or

2) low body fat; below 10 % (get ripped; aiming for below 10% bf)

or

3) BOTH Maybe it's really a combination of getting lots of muscle mass then maintaing low bf level...

lets say if one were to go through getting ripped or more buffed themselves and compare there hormones

Educated Answers and theroies based on experience are great and wished...
 
I chose less bodyfat because the aromatase enzyme (the enzyme that converts test to estrogen) lives predominantly in fat so the more fat you have to more your body will convert test to estro.
