Elbow

OK. So I think I hurt part of my elbow but I don't know what to do. I was doing close gripped bench press when it happened, and it wasn't like a sharp pain that made me stop working out, it was more like a tendon was pulled that wasn't warmed up.

I was able to work out the following week with no problems, other than a slight sensation in the elbow. I went to the gym today and was unable to do palm down motions ie close grip bench press or skull crushers, but I could do pull-ups.

Does anybody have any ideas on what I pulled on how to recover?

Hit it with some ice as much as possible and keep it wrapped for a while. Just needs to heal so take it easy. Or be like me and wrap the shit out of it, pop a handful of advil and hit the gym.....stupid but I get away with it.
