I would think so too but sometimes it’s tough when you’re constantly workin it to stay upI would think yes, you should hold off and just put on the CRing after the girth routine. I do believe it's OK to do so prior to a stretching routine though to put it in a relaxed state Hopefully one of the experts will chime in
