Effective expressive stretching when having the turkey neck issue

So as you can read i also have the turkey neck problem, which basically means having a high riding scrotum, that ends at the middle of the shaft or higher.
Lowering the Lentghmaster and catching the scrotum skin was painful, so i found a way to effectively stretch the inner penis out.

This exercise will bring gains but the scrotum stretches are a must to have a visually appealing penis.

What i do is stretch the penis as i normally do, below the glan with my hand, and i grab the exposed part behind the scrotum in a digging movement, have a firm grip on the inner penis and pull forward.
I maintain this position for few mins.



Im also thinking to wrap this place but i'll have to ask you first, the veterans, if its something wise to do.

This so far has been my only successful attempt to pull the hidden penis out.

@DLD specialty. Wait for his advice on this one. I use ball stretches to simply bring mine down about 1in. Other brothers here went pretty advanced on making the ball sac hangs low..real low.
 
I would start doing the ball and lig stretch as this diverts scrotum skin downward. I would also make sure you pull back all skin downward to the base to avoid anymore turkey neck. These two things will quickly eliminate turkey neck and also increase your length in the process.
