Durosleeve keeps getting holes

Hey guys. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or what but these sleeves are constantly getting holes in them. I bought the extender kit less than a month ago and 2 of the sleeves have already developed holes.

I drive trucks for a living so I'm not constantly moving in them, I'm also mindful to remove them from the bulb when they aren't in use. No long fingernails or anything like that either.

The kit is virtually useless without the sleeves and I need to know what's the problem with them. Is this normal for them because at 16 dollars for a replacement in less than 2 weeks per sleeve is going to be very expensive.

Any help you kind feolas can provide is much appreciated. Thanks!

You should be getting them now check your spam to see if it’s landing there if not let me know and I’ll tell my tech to look into it

I checked the spam folder and didn't see anything.

    Hi,how do i contact customer service ? I bought everthing 5 days ago and my pump does not hold ..i watched video how to fix it it still doesnot work .im hoping they send me a new one since i save up for 6 months to get it and dont have 40 more dollars to buy a new one ...thats all i need ,thanks ...the sooner the better please ..id like to have better results since im following the programm but have to pump it and lock it every couple of minutes ..
