Hey brothers, well just as I figured, I lost my momentum, I've skipped like 3 days now, life is just too hectic, I'm not giving up just taking a little break, I'll be back at it soon, I'm not going to post any progress posts till I have something to show that I'm progressing, but I will try to stay active on the forums.
 
Worry not Brother, momentum loss can happen. Just drop by the forum, read, maybe think of a new tactic to advance in your workouts.
We all need a break here and there, sometimes a small break can break the possibility monotony and introduce other ways to gain in the future.
 
Staying active on the forums is so important to making gains for a few reasons. First if you start to progress log with all of your starting information and you treat it like a diary where you updated once a day or three times a week, this would allow us to see what you’re doing so we could help you and when you’re successful people can look to your thread for guidance. Another reason to stay involved is because there’s always new information coming out on how to gain faster and how to heal quicker. Plus the general come robbery really feels good and has such a supportive nature to it, the brotherhood is a special place
