So i used to make jelq, stretching and kegels for about 15min, and use some bathmate too 15min. for about 6 months, i know this stuff requires time. You guys have seen some real changes? i only gain thickness and my erections are like stone. i would like to hear your testimonials.

Seems to me that you probably need a more intense routine. I highly recommend you read through these two threads and after you’ve done so come back to me and I can help you put a routine together that will work for you. Check out the SRT thread and check out the newbie routine

It really depends on what you want as your goal. Putting a good routine together is very important and should include not only gaining methods but also healing methods as outlined in SRT. Look through SRT and let me know what you think. I can help you put a SRT routine together which will be the fastest way to grow. Just let me know

I don't know much about jelqing, but 3 x 5 min sets is the recommended approach; with 2-3 minutes between sets.

the key words - it takes time - I have been doing PE for over 20+ years and still working it; gains come slow and you have to have patience and dedication, dont get depressed or upset if you dont see immediate gains - hang in there and make it a life time habit and gains will come.
Good luck,

Happy PE'ing

Nice suggestion, I want to add some. For now you can use penis enlargement Sleeve or others type of couple love toy to keep your partner in satisfy for now.

I haven't done PE for so long, only a little more then a month. But I see where this will lead to in the longrun, and also I see the struggle in it, and I have a big respect for you guys that have sticked with it for, 20+ years. That's insane commitment and discipline right there. I'm thankful I can learn from you guys.

A good way to prevent depression regarding PE is to have a program you stick to 100%, don't miss a day, even if it's a rest day (if you should have any), it should be planned. You can not do it a little bit and think it's going to work.
Also: @Mur I suggest you remove the stickers on your Bathmate®, so you don't get obsessed in the length of your penis every training session. Instead, messure your penis let us say every 4-8 months, a recommendation I got from @huge-girth, which I think is good. You focus on the process instead of the end goal.

I recommend measuring once in 6 months only. 6 months is enough time to gain 0.5 inches in girth.
