In SRT theory DLD describes 3 forms of stretching, each with its own benefit:
1) Shaft stretching (make the exposed penis longer)
2) Expressive stretching (expose inner penis)
3) ligament stretching (stretch the connective tissue so that it can accommodate a longer penis)
The Phallosan has a vacuum around the glans, but that vacuum is also secured to a sleeve gripping the shaft. It seems to me (having never used one) that the shaft itself won't be pulled on, then. It seems that the Phallosan would pull from the base (or wherever the sleeve ends) and so provide expressive stretching. (The SG, by contrast, pulls from the glans and so would provide both expressive AND tunica/shaft stretching). This means the user needs other solutions for ligament and shaft stretching.
Questions:
For those of you who have used this product, do I understand it correctly? If so, what about different solutions for fixing the bell to the glans, eg sports tape around the rim?
The really powerful thing about products like Phallosan and SG is they allow you to PASSIVELY apply CONSTANT tension. It's about the time, more than the intensity. Does the "time vs intensity" principle apply more to some forms of stretching than others? I mean, is time more important eg for expressive stretching while intensity is more important eg for ligaments?
