Does bathmate give more blood to the penis than dry pumping?

I’m about to buy a bathmat pump, but I have been dried pumping with little results. Does the bathmat deliver more blood to the penis than water bloat which comes from the dry pump you could help me out and I would appreciate it. Thank you.
 
Bathmates it's designed for girth. It is not designed for length. The side benefit for length is only 5 to 10%. But those who imply SRT have an additional benefit. SRT actually use a partial lengthening process. It is a manual work to incorporate 5x5x3 into the entire routine. Because of that, there is a length increase benefit overall.

For me specifically, I used both bathmate and Length Master to get both the length and girth I need. The brothers that I help use only the classmate does not seem more than 5% length gain at the end of their journey. If the manufacturer said otherwise that you will gain a lot of length for the same amount of dirt, there are not giving you the truth behind the products. However, if you use the MityVac with the progressive small cylinders to the intermediate cylinders, you will in fact gain roughly about 40% in length compared to the girth. The reason why the progressive cylinder works is because it forces the blood to expand the length of the girth
