I'm now 21 and my erection angle ist now 35° if my penis is full of blood.
But I know when I was younger it was between 0° - 10°.

Is there a way to stop or correct this process of getting a bigger angle of erection?

Kegels will help you with angle of erection, but only to a certain extent. At 35º yours is preety high anyway.
