I want to keep training without equipment for the time being since I don't leave alone. I think I've hit a plateau at 8 inches bpsfl. My first thought to combat this was to start doing DLD's newbie routine 2 times a day. But after finding out about the 5 phases on the pay(now free)site I wanted to ask you guys what would be more efficient? Trying one of the phases? if yes which one? Combining a phase with dld's routine? or just stick to my first plan (2x newbie routine). My only goal is length gains. Thanks!
