I been using SG for 2 months
My routine was wearing the device for 4-8 hours with i think maximum stretching because my size is 6 inches and when i stretched it it became 6.5 inches .
Also With jelqing about 15-20 minutes
And I absolutely gained nothing
Iam so disappointed and i started to think that PE is bullshit to be honest!!!
 
Dude it's not, first month this year I gained nothing, I changed my game, tried different things, did more and did a lot more bundled stretches than before, I think this is the key to unlock gains otherwise you are restricted by the tunica, how often do you do bundled stretches?
 
But even I didn’t gain half centimeter in two months???


Yea I. Picked up gains in 3rd month, review your current routine, again how much twisting, stretching of the tunica are you doing?? If answer is none then there's your game changer

I'm no expert but have gained quite a bit in the past. I can assure you it's not bullshit. I think what you are missing is the actual "workout" itself. For me sizegenetics has always been a post - "workout" tool. You need at least 10-20 minutes of real solid manual or lengthmaster stretches. You want to feel those ligaments and inner penis tire out. Stretch in many different directions and then when you are done, strap on the size genetics and keep your junk stretched quite strongly so it can start to heal in an elongated state.

That's not to say SG isn't capable of growth by itself though. When I use sizegenetics, I'll put it further than max tension, so that it's upwards of 8.5 inches bone pressed. (I'm 7.5 bp erect) So that's a full inch longer than my erect size which should realistically mean that it is activating growth however slowly but surely. This amount of pull isn't necessary for some folks who have the time to wear it for several hours but for me I try to use it for quick active growing as part of my post-workout for about 1 hour and then wrap with ace bandage or use the phallosan later for many hours of passive healing.

Just tighten up your workout, try to use your length tools for growth too but mostly healing, and you should see gains on a monthly basis. Some people do gain slower than others so it may be 2-3 months before you notice improvement. But growth is growth. Most people who have gained a full inch or more have been on this journey for years.

I just have SG I don’t have other products

First inch probably took me about a year because of lack of motivation and starting and stopping. But the first half inch surprised me because it seemingly happened overnight, around 2-3 months of simple manual exercise.
 
Do you believe the reason could be the masturbation??
Some people said yes and the other said they still gaining even if they masturbated a lot !
 
I'm Sure masterbation won't be stopping your growth, simple way to check is by stopping for a month and see if you gain
 
Is it good or bad to have erection during wearing SG ??
It happens. Happens too when weight hanging. In my experience the erection after a few minutes goes down, then it's fine. But if it changes the tightness or you're strapping, you may just need to restrap. Sometimes I have to restart, because my blood stays in my head after the erection and it doesn't really die down causing pain so I have to restrap.
 
This does happen some man and and when it does we can just wait for it to subside or it will subside on its own. Men who have this problem continuously should plan their length work after sex with their wives.
