DIY Cylindrical pvc hanging device?

I have the length master and a male hanger and both work great in their own way, however I am looking to make a DIY cylinderical pipe/tube hanger, something that holds the"unit" just above the glans, mainly for stretching /pulling not necessarily hanging. Anyone knows where I can find instructions on how to build this?

if you go to our store is there anything there that is close to what you’re talking about? If so let me know what it is and I will give you directions on how to make it yourself. But if you could post a picture or find one of our products that’s similar it would help me help you.
