hey all looking for ideas, for a diy ads, I was thinking of something along the lines of the phallosan, using a vacuum suction cup from a cupping theropy kit to make one

Great link! Bandit check out the link that Red gave you but also when you read the thread think of alternative methods as you study. I love when Brothers comes with new exercises, modifications and equipment that all can use. We have to remember there’s people here that cannot afford equipment And if we can teach them to make their own equipment they have a better shot at making faster gains

Just brainstorm, get out some paper and draw up some designs. You can base much of this on other ADS‘s that are out there. Many of which you can make pretty easy ghetto style LOL

I had actually thought about this a couple months ago.

Like I said get a pencil and paper out and start looking at different designs to find one that you can possibly make yourself at home. You can also look up homemade ADS in the search engine here and you may find a few designs already made
