The content is very similar. Get the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words] if you're more concerned about being able to play the techniques on a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words] player. Get the paysite membership if you're primarily concerned with accessing new material/phases that come out in the future.

Also, somewhere up in the sticky threads, DLD was putting together a package deal that had both, along with a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words], I believe, at substantial savings.

I spend so much time on the computer I find my membership to be more usefull, but both are good and have similar content.
