SZ + VLC Tugger for 2~4 hrs for 4~5 days a week.
Bend and Jelq almost everyday 5~10 min..
Bathmate 1 ~2 times in a week (Not really concerned about girth)
Good news is that I gained almost 1.5cm in length. But don't see any improvement in curve correction.
I'm just curious whether all these techniques will help me to improve the curve bcz most likely the curvature is congenital. In all the forums everyone discussing that the only solution is surgery for congenital curvature..
