I would set a clock for 10 minutes to start and eventually 20 minutes. Don't count as this disturbs the mental process. Set a clock and focus on the exercise

Sorry one more question . I use a suction cup style traction device . Strapped to the leg similar to the all day stretcher . Just as a gauge roughly how much tension should I be pulling with ? Thanks
