again, this shit seems oblivious, but if you read "I'm struggling with gains blablablaba"

the most dangerous is obvious things because all people ignore the obvious things.

When your desire outweighs your doubt the reality of growth becomes a reality. Even the smallest gain will bring the motivation necessary to make things happen. Before motivation sets in we need to have a desire that is great, willing and pragmatic.
 
There is no secret to anything, no shortcuts.

You do have the easy way, and the hard way though.y

There no shortcuts, but have smart ways and dumb ways.

If you think that I'm talking just bullshit. You can look for every person

that had achieved extraordinary success.

The way you feel in the visualizations you can believe this will truly fuel your attempts at making these things come true. People can also rely on the accomplishments of others here that have come before you, this should inspire in a big way. Much of the time it’s pushing through apathy to get the job done. To avoid apathy a constant flux and changing of your routine, tools and exercises should will keep you motivated.
