Good day , I need some advice on wearing an ads with the vacum in the safest way. I got a slight bruise and corn from first time wearing it. There's no pain around the area though.
What ADS are you using and can you share more details such as how much vacuum you applied and for how long you were wearing it, etc..Good day , I need some advice on wearing an ads with the vacum in the safest way. I pulled the vacum to its tightest. I wore it for about 3 hours. Likely I applied too much force while using it. Will try less force next time. What ADS are you using and can you share more details such as how much vacuum you applied and for how long you were wearing it, etc..
As brother @ManPlan86 said, your pressure is way too high during heavy movement. High vacuum pressure and movements push the pressure to be even higher. 1/3 to 1/2 twist is more than enough. Just make sure the glans is deep inside the cup. If it tends to slip out because you bend and stretches the cup, use double sleeves to prevent over stretching and movements. This is why the SiliSleevs have various thickness to combat this issues. 8mm to 10mm is the right choice for generics. At times, I use double 8mm to prevent slippage and stretching durability.I pulled the vacum to its tightest. I wore it for about 3 hours. Likely I applied too much force while using it.
