whats up, i was on the forum ages ago as coogi. ive done pe for about 5 years, but it was up and down, i didnt really realize what my body responds best to until now, either way i gained 0.9 inches in length, and im more motivated and knowledgeable when it comes to this stuff than ive ever been. as a guy thats had sexual anxiety about my dick size, almost quit, and thought my dick would never get bigger i thought it was important to come back where i started and learnt about this stuff and keep my progress here.

Ive tried literally almost everything except injections, sg, penomet, dmso paba, vacutech pump, lg hanger, ads hangers/cockrings, clamping.

what ive realised is that i respond better to shorter sessions, and long sessions cause toughening and turtling for me. i used to hang 3 hours a day and it was a chore. i stuck to it cause i wanted to be bigger and it worked. but ive recently hung 25 to 40 mins 5 days a week with a pump at the end staying at 2.5kg for 3 or 4 week then going to 3, i saw way quicker gains. 0.28 inches in like 2 or 3 weeks. even when i was going towards 40 mins sets i realised thatwas too long and im going stay at a max of 35 mins pe per sessions.

for hanging i did 15 mins bundled hanging, then 5 mins sd swinging, then 5 mins SO/ v stretch with a bungee cord. and then air pumping and edging in tube for 10 mins afterwards, and a silicone cockring for 24 hrs after, tryin to cum twice or max 3 times a week.

for the last month ive focused on girth, i want a thicker cock to stretch that pussy out. i gained no girth before this last month ive read red zulus guide and tips. i warm up with a hot water bottle and clamp 2 or 3 sets 10 mins doing either horse squuezes clamped jelqing, ats rollers or edging. and air pumping before and/or after the set. again i keep the length in the pump and clamp no longer than 35 mins and focus on intensity and quality and wear a silicone cock ring afeewards for 24 hrs. doing this has 3 random days a week when i feel like it has got me 0.2 inches girth in under a month. heres yesterday

And I'm very happy that you have come back despite anxiety! I'm sure you can grow and become more confident.

It is good that you acknowledge getting more out of shorter than longer sessions! Sometimes more time doesn't necessarily transform to more gain, especially if the intensity ramps up too fast.

Not a bad workout that you mentioned doing yesterday.
If you have time and don't feel bad fatigue, you could probably do five sessions a week?
I feel that you're got an ear for listening to your body though, so I'm not pushing you. ;)
Following RED's guide and tips you're in good hands.

Lastly, have you tried hydro pumping? You mentioned air pumping. I favor hydro pumping and it's often the choice here, but of course it's isn't the only answer in Penis Enlargement. :)
But it's a damn fine way to grow and for me it feels much better than air pumping.

Those gains can be made easily, it is not that much to gain...keep telling yourself this, seap your mind in that mantra. It feels like you really are committed so I know you have what it takes.

hey red, your guide advising to clamp 3 days a week when you feel has helped me gain 0.2 inches girth in less than a month when i hadnt gained any mseg girth in 5 years. so thanks lol. i dont really care tbh but my old username was coogi, i lost my google password so i cant change my password here either.

I hear you loud and clear, in my mind I was thinking that hydropumping can be messy and usually requires bathroom-type facilities.
Some have used buckets, which is an option, but indeed, air pumping has more of an variety of places to choose to do it.

Coogie are you seeing fluid retention? What I mean is are you seeing your penis take on water or is your expansion all tissue? Because if you’re getting fluid retention there is something you can do that would eliminate that and give you pure tissue expansion. Let me know

I was going to suggest if you are getting fluid retention away to dissipate it and cause even greater girth and expansion is to throw five minutes of the SlowSquashJelq in between sets. The SSJ is brilliant with dispersing water in exchange for tissue expansion.
