10 years ago i saw an advertisement about a pill that i eat and then my penis would grow 2 inches, so i was following that on the internet and then i stumbled upon a youtube video of a guy on a beach talking about enlarging his penis with so much confident that it got my attention. This video lead me to Mattersofsize.com

Of course i wanted to enlarge my penis so i did start doing this.
I did start doing the newbie routine and did so for about 100 days. after that i quit.
I did not do any pe for 3 years.

2012 i started to do hanging and did it for 5 months or so. I started hanging with 5lb and ended with 13lb and i did not gain.
2013 i bought Sizegenetics extender and used that for some time.
2014 i started again with hanging. Did it for 7 months and managed to reach 16lb but my wrap was not good enough so my gland did not like this kind of weight so i stopped, i did not gain anything.

2015-2016 i did buy some equipment, spent hours and did many things. I did a run with my PMP extender 550 hours.

2017 i bought vacuum hanger, started at 5lb. I could not reach higher than 17lb but i got in alot of hours every week on this 7 months hanging run. My gain from this 0 mm.

1 okt 2018 i did start my pe routine for the last time because i will never quit from now on, thats the plan, always good to have a plan :)

1 okt 2018 i started to jelp 60minutes a day + pump, but i did not pump every day. Kegel routine here and there .
20 april 2019 i change the routine. i did start to hang again and use my extender.

So thats my story.
My story will continue for some time i hope, so maybe better to have you with me on this journey.
I have never gained anything from PE so its time to make this happen.
Goal is to make 0.5 inch in length and at least 0.5 inch in girth.

Start now with the newbie routine, you should gain something if you indeed follow it correctly, and put the time, work, intensity into it.

I feel you may hold back some with intensity, and by that I mean you will get discomfort at times with penis enlargement, thats the way it is ... you cant expand, or stretch a piece of flesh like the penis without at times experiencing borderline pain ... this is why hardly any will be like DLD, as he was prepared to not just go through the pain, but embrace it, because at the other end after the healing, was gains.

Look at your old routines, attitudes you had at the time, and see what the problem was.

I'm just being honest.

Yes thanks, i love being here with you guys. I am doing good focusing on making my dreams come true. How are you feeling these days, are you fully recovered from your situation that happen few weeks back, how is you health today ?

Yes thanks, i was expecting a replay about intensity. My hanging speaks for it self it was not that many pound that i was hanging on my penis. You are right about the attitude but i can tell you one thing it has gone stronger and stronger with time. I am on my longest run today its my 9th month, i speak like the alcoholics i am on my 9th month :)

My work is my biggest barrier, so thats what has been stopping my consistency, i usually got in 5-7 months then work got in the way or i got problem with hanging more than 15lb. Privacy today is allot better then before so thats something that is different now. I was traveling or moving from house to house all of thous years, but now i have settled down and have privacy at home, but work is still there so i am trying to find time to do pe here and there. My focus is finish most of the work i have to do so i can focus on pe most of the day.

But if you think about when i was hanging, i was hanging for 7 months at one point and i did put many hours in every week 15-20+ hours. I was hanging 5lb to 11lb for 3 months, and the next 4 months were 12lb to 17lb. And no gain.

But maybe i needed more time i dont know, the reason i quit was because if i were not gaining with 17 lb then i needed to go to 18 or more and i was having trouble at that weight.

I want to believe that i can gain with out hanging more than 17lb. Now i am focusing on time, do the routine for one or two years with increased intensity but the thought is that i do not need to go over 17lb.

Today i am hanging with 9 lb i will try to hang at least 60min of actual hanging time a day with the hanger for the next 5 months then after that i will increase it to 120 min a day hanging time, i have so much work for the next 5 months.

I am at 9lb now but i will go as high as 15lb-17lb with time.

I am also using extender for 1-4 hours a day.

So the difference this time is that i will do this for longer time, not only 4 months.

I am talking about lets say two years, how does that sound ?

I’m doing great my brother! Went to the doctors and they ran every test from Deirdre next Wednesday and I’m completely and absolutely healthy. So situation that didn’t seem so good actually ended up being a very good thing knowing that I am 100% healthy. The bad news is you’re stuck with me for even longer LOL

Once you decide on what equipment to use, I would say you use that consistently with a routine, and dont alter anything for awhile. No additions, or subtractions. Dont vary angles, if you do BTC dont add in OTS into the mix and vice versa.

PE is basically 'Physics 101' and I can't, for the life of me, understand how you haven't gained...anything. I don't recall from your previous posts if you ever took accurate measurements prior to any PE...the reason I ask is that your brain maybe telling you that you're exactly the same in order to maintain status quo. Just a thought

Because if you focus long enough on one direction with consistency, you will see progress. By riding shotgun with different angles of extremes doesn't help. You wont see many hangers for example, using OTS and BTC in the same workouts, as one is for ligs, the other tunicae.

Your better concentrating your efforts into one area, maintain a steady workflow.

It is best to cover all your bases and hit every angle possible and this is possible with your hands or with a length master. The newbie routine gives all of the major stretching angles and leaves no stone unturned. Missing an angle could be missing a gain.

I understand what you mean but i took accurate measurements prior to pe and its just simple as that that i have not gained, good point though. I have seen temporary girth gains of course but no erect gains.

But i am working on this and i think about this all day, i am going to give everything that i got in to this to see gains. As for now i have allot of stuff going on, so i am trying to find time to do pe right now. The next 5 months i will not have many hours for doing pe but i am trying to use extender for some time every day now and hang also. If my business would have worked better for the last years i could been doing pe all day long. But of course i have to live and give my family a home so i cant put pe in first place as for now. All my focus now is to finish all this stuff that i have to do for my family and then i will put all my focus on pe.

It’s important to have your house in order but it’s also important to put priority on things that matter to you personally. So definitely family and God come before anything else but also leave yourself some time for yourself because without that you’ll go nutty. Maybe you can just dabble in some stealth PE for a while while you get other things in order just to keep your head in the game.

Yes that is exactly how things are progressing to be, the only thing i have been doing the last days are stealth. My goal for every day are 3 hours of extending, i am trying to keep that on going for the next weeks for now.

3 hours a day, that´s something, it must be better than nothing.

That’s a great deal of time and if you use the right way you can make incredible gains very quickly

Hi F26 and welcome to MOS, i see you signed a few days ago.
Yes you are right, i have not until this day gained anything, but thanks for asking.
I remember when i was hanging i started at 5 lb and did go slow in increasing the pounds.
After few months i was at 15-17 lb ( goal was 5-6 20min sets every day) and at that moment i started to have trouble with the wrap and my gland did not like it, so soon i quit.
But you have to understand that this is only because i did not wrap the right way, this was my fault.
Guys have gained with 8 lb. My penis just needs obviously more than 17lb to gain.
So if i were you do not take me for example, i am just one of those that need heavyweight but then the most important thing if you are doing the heavy weight you need to master the wrapping.
And that is what i am doing these days. Right now i am in training mode i am wrapping every day and preparing my self for going all in. I am doing the only thing that i need to do and what DLD advice me, i am going to have my house in order before i can start doing this full time again.
When i mean getting my house in order is:
I have a big family, we have been moving a lot, running a company and always some things that are involved with time assuming things, money things.
So i am very driven to have a better over all life and then at the same time can have good amount of time to do my PE.
Since 2009 i have not been doing PE all the time since then, as you see in my first post i discover PE in 2009 did it for 3 months and then did no PE for 3+years.
For me my PE journey is just beginning.
I will show you in time to come - how hard gainer can gain.

Wrapping is the definitely one of the most important parts of hanging - I also experienced that yesterday when getting a little injury on my glans too.
You're right, normal life is more important than PE :)

Wrapping is important for a number of reasons. Wrapping is unique to every man so practicing and mastering a style or creating one is very important.
 
Wrapping is also great after a session to keep your flaccid healing in the larger state.

I prefer ace wrap bandages over the silisleeve for this purpose.
