I saw the cock rings on the shop page, so I bought Durorings and Silirings assuming they'll be used in PE journey.

My question is, how and when I can use them? What's the purpose?

I got you. They are used after you have trained girth to keep yourself in a expanded state as you heal. after you have finished your girth work your penis will be expanded so you want to hold that expansion for a couple hours so you heal at that size. I recommend wearing it for two hours after your work.

I don't know if they're too tight on me, but I was using the largest rings, yet it feels tight on me, I see the nerves and feels as it gonna explode.

You must have huge girth that these rings are too tight, I have never heard anyone complain about that. You may be better off going to Home Depot or someplace like that and go to the plumbing department and pick up rubber O-rings. These come in a huge variety of sizes that you can use as a cock ring. You can also use goody no tangle hair bands which can be used as a cock ring and they are adjustable depending on how many times you wrap your penis in the band
