Hey, I been doing PE for about 3 years semi to full consistent. I will be uploading pictures and my current routine/progress for now on here.
- Manual stretching for about 3 years + jelqing. (Stretch whenever I can throughout the day. I dropped jelqing since I use the SS2 now.)
- Clamping for about 2 years. (On hold now since I am focusing on length.)
- Bathmate for about 3 years. (On hold now since I am focusing on length.)
- Purchased the SiliStretcher 2 (Started using it on September 14, 2019.)
- 10/3/2019- Upgraded to 5lbs = 30 min per set as many times throughout the day as I can. (See what my limit is.)

UPDATE: Due to frustration with the SS2 I took a frustrated hiatus with it. Since I have gone back to Clamping.
I continue to use my Bathmate also. Will be updating this thread with those and my new measurements and pictures soon. Will update my current stats banner also as of now.

Starting stats BPEL: 6.5in x 5in (2016)
Current stats BPEL: 8.4inx 6in
Goal: 9in x 7in

Subscribe so I will see all of your updates. You look much longer then you say you are in those balls hang like a bull! Looking forward to your progress.
 
Update: Been hanging 5lbs x 3 for 30mins each, every day since Oct 3rd. Sometimes more just because I do not feel like I pushing my limit. 5lbs normal to me now. Maybe it has to do with my years of PE exp. Considering adding weight at the end of this week. Any opinions?

Have read you are doing PE since 3 years, current stats are 8" BPEL and 5.7" girth, started with 6.5" BPEL. Do you also know with which girth you have started?
Would be very interesting as I haven't found a post about it from you.

When I started back around 2016 last I recollect I was around 6.5x5 I believe. I gained girth by combination of Bathmate and clamping. Wont pick up girth exercises again until I gain 1 more inch to meet 9inch goal.

When you were hanging weight you always want to push the envelope to the point of fatigue. What I mean by that is you want enough weight that when you’re done with your session you feel fatigue at the base. If you’re not feeling fatigue you most likely can increase your weight. You may even want to add sets but I would not increase the time more than 30 minutes.

Congrats on such great gains! How many sets per day, and how many days do you do your hanging? Any rest periods? Any other advice and/or tips?

When I was hanging I was consistently doing 3-4 sets for 30mins each with a couple minutes to see if everything was good. I was also doing them pretty much every day until I stopped hanging and went back to clamping. I was not resting much since I was not feeling the fatigue just yet. I am learning as I go on. Tips, nothing diff from what anyone else here has posted so far.

I gave up the SS2 since it kept slipping especially from the silicap side of things. Also think I might have gotten the wrong size SS2 vacuum. Should have gotten the large maybe since the vacuum does not go around my head sometimes. Would like to return to it if I could figure it out so for now its just clamping/pumping routines.

I would send an email to lightning and see if you can exchange for the better size. I would send him an email at sales@mattersofsize.com
 
Incredible pictures my brother you look massive! I would keep on posting these pictures as time goes by so you can see your growth picture of the picture. You may want to measure with a ruler also do you have firm numbers to go by
