Clamp and lenght question

Clamping delivers mostly girth. You may gain some length as the penis expands in all directions during girth work, but don’t expect a great deal. A really good article to read is called “the penis is a balloon and not a rope” this teaches about how expansion comes in different ways. To gain length it’s smarter to go with the length specific routine.

DLD, you should incorporate it into your own girth methods and see what you think, nothing to be scared of. If anything I would have been more scared at twisting my dick round in the bundled stretch versus a clamp (like)

Just for you, if you wanted to stretch while clamped I created the CTS/TCS years back.
Nothing fancy in all honesty, its simply gripping underneath the glans, if your uncut pull the skin back, maybe wrap if it bothers you and pull while fully erect and clamped.

Simple as that!!! maybe more of a booster then a gainer, but still its something to think about if you clamp.

Im against days off , dont we want to keep the swollen state as long as possible , why guys take days off for girth work because i wont until i feel i cant perform

I never took a day off and when I was in my active training I trained the entire day. I did many things that the PE world said were bad and dangerous but that is exactly where I found my niche in creating exercise. So for me there’s never a day off even till today

The thing that i want to fix is the warm up process , i dont do them , i used to put my peniz in a glass of hot water for 5 mins before train , i want to know if the warp up is a must , i read that helps to soften the tissues and avoid injuries i even heard that help in gains
 
No the warm-up it’s not important because you can warm up by simply starting out gentle in your routine and work your way up to maximum strength or intensity. I do suggest using the testicle health massage and stretch as a warm down as this will promote a heavier and longer penis, while warming you down.

Exactly correct. For me I always started with length work so I would just do light stretching in every direction for a couple minutes just to get things loosened up down there.
 
Yes , some stretch sounds good because my penis is always stiff the next day when im ready to train , is this because of the intensity that clamp involves or that my penis is not ready yet (which i dont think its the case)
 
Also try to remember the testicle Health massage and stretch found in the newbie routine. This not only works as a warm down but it will allow your penis to hang so much longer and heavier, and your scrotum will also hand lower. So it’s not just a massage there is also a way to gain.
 
What about the stiffness in my penis , it only goes away when i start to PE again , is this a sign of growth , is stress , overtrain , what it is im sure you been in this road before

You know I’m not completely sure but I know it is happened to me and most people in PE. We call it a hard flaccid. It is nothing to worry about as it goes away as quickly as it comes. What are used to do when I would feel this is just do a gentle penis massage between my thumb and forefinger up and down the shaft wall and flaccid. This tends to loosen that hardness up and allow for a better stretch.
 
Thanks , yes is a hard flacid. Now , when i clamp i dont see width expansion but i can see lenght expansion , the only time i see my penis engorged is when the erection dissapear , is this an indicator that i will probably gain in lenght or im talkin nonesense , i dont know

There are many indicators of growth and having a heavier longer flaccid is one of those signs. There are many other signs to but the best sign is consistent training and using a ruler or tape measure to know for sure. Also, take Gains from wherever they come. Sometimes you’ll be training girth and you’ll end up making a length gain. There will also be times that your training for length and you’ll end up making a girth gain. This is discussed in detail in the thread called “the penis is a balloon not a rope” this is worth a read as it will teach you why and how these things happen.

What about clamping at 50-60% erection level , everyone says it doesnt work , whats your opinion on this because when i cannot hold the erection anymore and the goes off my penis is fukin fat lol i lov it
 
People talk allot because its FREE (like) and most have no o_O experience of the method they discuss; even DLD has no experience or very little with clamping, which I may add doesn't need an actual clamp to perform! I originally coined them constrictors but it got changed to clamping to sound better.

Constricting can be anything which creates a tourniquet, so a cock ring which for some o_O reason seems more bearable to the same people who are scared of clamping (drunk) makes no sense at all, so they must be clueless to the technique or have ulterior motives.

Clamping aka constrictors are extremely powerful, and helped me create most of my 7 inch plus girth.

I never invented it, no one did in all honesty. Guys must have tried a tourniquet method over the centuries right? but no routines, exercises, or gains were documented prior to 2003 regarding this method of penis enlargement.

When I started experimenting with it, I used shoe lace ... no clamp was in my hands, that was later, and the clamp to me was very safe, because you can immediately get it off, and tighten up in increments.

You can do almost any girth method through a constriction technique to increase the intensity, this is FACT. Many men are all over not just these forums, but all the other penis enlargement forums with gains from clamping.

I have always recommended you do them at the best possible erection you can for the most intensity due to more blood being trapped, your working with more tissue expansion that way ... however I see no reason why you cannot gain with doing them using 50-60% erection, but ensure you kegel often and it may be wise to push some of that already trapped blood throughout the shaft with exercises like horses, SSJs, jelqs, whatever you fancy to help further expand and compact the erection at that percentage.

Try 60 minutes, if your alright, which you should be as it only needs to be a LIGHT constriction, nothing tight, you can go longer. I used to go for 4-5 hours.

If you read in the SRT healing section you will find many reasons and ways to heal in an extended or expanded state. Just trying to hold the pump from a girth session you’ll simply wear a cock ring afterwards to keep that expansion around as long as possible. But you can make a whole day of it if you take off the cock ring when expansion starts to wain and do some SlowSquashJelqs to get expansion back then put back on the cock ring for another hour.

You’ll know when you’re over training because you will have for erection quality. So if everything is hunky-dory down there then you’re OK.
