That is very normal it’s called temptation. When it comes on it’s very important to change your thinking. For me I try to avoid any situation that’s going to cause me temptation. If I let temptation go on too long I am becoming party to the thoughts I’m having which will eventually bring me to a much worse state where I will do something I did not want to do.
