@K, do you do water pumping with gauge?
No pumping, no clamping, no girth work anymore because it damages my internal penis too easily.@K, do you do water pumping with gauge?
Been doing for 11 years. I've tried girth work here and there but the only thing that feels best to me is jelqingTo me it sounds like you need to learn to not be violent in your approach. Maybe it sucks to take a break, but i say better rest than damage more. I think other guys with many years of experience will tell you the same. Ive done PE many years and speak from experience. Healing self-caused damage can take a long time, even years from my experience, and then you might be forced to have a longer break than you want. I dont want to be a fearmonger. Just dont be violent to yourself. Think of your body maybe like a Greek statue, refined and strong (but with a bigger dick)
Water is much better than air.I have a bathmate. Tried air pumping and water pumping.
i like fireWater is much better than air.
Unfortunately, we are still deciphering maximize growth for all individuals at the same time, but it's like finding the fountain of youth. It's nearly impossible as there are more factors hindering the PE potential growth creating unique scenarios than there are solutions. We can only offer what works for the general populous while zeroing in on unique cases to figure things out. This is why this brotherhold is tracking each other to find solutions by combining our knowledge and wisdom we gather so far. Our answers are based on cases we've compiled for decades.Do you guys have any supplement ideas for maximal growth?
I've been using MSM and white tremella jelly mushroom to hopefully aid. MSM for cellular metabolism (maybe more healthy cells) and anti inflammatory effects. "With minimal blood supply and possible hypoxic microenvironments, in vitro studies suggest that MSM protects cartilage through its suppressive effects on IL-1β and TNF-α [86,90,91] and its possibly normalizing hypoxia-driven alterations to cellular metabolism" from Methylsulfonylmethane: Applications and Safety of a Novel Dietary Supplement.
alright calm down chatgpt, my inference is that accelerated cellular regeneration that is above baseline levels using supplements can just speed up gains. That's all i'm wondering. Maybe there are supplements that can help in some way. I have been looking at nootropics but most are cognitively based and still in search of other supplements.Unfortunately, we are still deciphering maximize growth for all individuals at the same time, but it's like finding the fountain of youth. Let's discussed on very special topics about the white tremella or white jelly mushroom known to the medical world as tremella fuciformis, and to the culinary world as delicacy snow mushroom. We use this in our festival buns and meat dishes, and very expensive to boost. The great benefits from it is the wound healing factor as low temperature processes ingredient, and nothing as raw ingredients. It has been used for millennia in China as an herbal mix, especially as herbal drinks. Cultivated versions used as skin lightening agents. My wife uses it too. Waste of money for something as expensive as this. Other cheaper a d safer alternatives can be used instead. It's quite rare to see a plant with rival potential as the seaweeds containing anti cancer and anti radiation on top of being cellular regenerative. But, the cellular regeneration is for open wounds and not internal. It's great as an antiinflammatory agent, but not cellular hyper activation through metasis processes for internal cellular regeneration. Think of it as an wound binding reagent to protect your body from external infection. There has no successful measurement for internal regeneration whereas there are plenty of external medical results. This is based on millions of users as internal medicines for millennia with centuries of documented cases to monitor internal healing.
For those don't know what MSM is, it's a joint and cartilage support called methylsulfonymethane. I used that in the past because of my heavy joint injuries from extreme sports and activities. Now, I use glucosamine support in my older active years when my body feels the onsets of grinding with high wears and tears. I also use chondroitin as an alternative. We cannot mix it together as they have a unique counter reaction, especially blood thinning. If you take aspirins, do consider stop using the three. Some formulas come bundled as 3 or 2 in 1. I get a bit antsy seeing it.
There is a bit of a problem where a "lack of blood" still yield protection from the MSM. It takes blood to deliver the building blocks and nutrients. The body spent the bioavailable materials and the deposited materials, and the lack of blood to deliver the new loads simply reduce the bioavailable materials to the critical areas all together. It can normalize our of synch biochemical reactions through the body over time, but it cannot protect during hypoxic states already occured. It's placing a the carriage before the horse.
Good to know someone is using me as an AI. Or am I an AI in the flesh? Eh, who can say.alright calm down chatgpt, my inference is that accelerated cellular regeneration that is above baseline levels using supplements can just speed up gains. That's all i'm wondering. I've only started using these two as a form of aid in gains because I already gained 2.5BPEL 10ish years ago. I want to gain 2 more but many veteran PE folk have hit a plateau when it comes to gaining more than 2" in length. I am trying to break that plateau with new techniques I have developed recently. To aid in recover I really wanted to search for something that repairs the cells quicker. If you have any potential experiments using supplements I'd gladly be a guinea pig.
I hope 10 years is enough of a break lol.Good to know someone is using me as an AI. Or am I an AI in the flesh? Eh, who can say.
Now, the kick is, after 2.5in of gain and 10 years of break, that alone is a great time length for rhr body to simply reset naturally, completely broken from any plateaus. Even with recent achievements of 2in, a 6 to 12 months of PE break resets the natural plateaus. 24 months reset all cellular responses to prior trauma stresses.
Being a guinea pig myself among other brothers, and some saw the same patterns in the recent days, we use the low to high, to moderate and back low trauma loads and 20 to 30 rest days or so method works for break off plateau cycles. For me personally, I pushed low intensities similar to newbie routines, upshift to moderate intensities for two months, upshift again to high intensities based on my discussions with other brothers for 6 months, and dropped back down to moderate intensities when I see plateaus because the penile body is stressing. When I don't see any progressive changes, I rested for 2 weeks while wrapped up. If I know there is good responses to rest, I rest further to 3 weeks before easing back into low intensities for another month, and resume the cycle of moderate to high intensities. This is my personal approach.
Your approach may be different. What have you see as the initial phases of your routines and intensities? What have you observed in positive growth as you switch to different routines and intensities? If there is no change, what intensity loads have you tested so far since February if this year?
Aside from intensities and the two supplements you started with, which other supplements you tested in the past that may have worked? Don't just surround yourself with supplements, better yet, what physical activities and dietary approach that optimized your past gains? Use that as a base to tailor your new PE journey. We can digest the old and current info and rip everything apart to instigate and formulate your own unique PE.
All I see is MSM since February. No new dietary approach compared to the old gains. No new physical activities and lifestyle changes. No new manual vs mechanical assisted regiments with monitored load bearing for intensity records. It's like a magical period with a transition into a dark phase of PE. More info brother. Allow the various in the flesh and out of date AIs here to help![]()
I've heard of red light therapy a couple years ago and I haven't attempted to purchase a red light. Has anyone seen any significance in it?Looks like you approach at a Hulk mode like brother SIM. High cellular regeneration is critical. If that's the case, let's experiment with the red light therapy daily. Rest day doesn't mean the cells don't need recharge. Internal cellular regeneration is more critical than external regeneration. MSM reduced the inflammation responses, which is good. To maximize internal regeneration level, research on pairing up with HMB, Vit D3, critulline, and amino acid rich materials or supplements. Pushing hard means giving your body the needed materials to work on.
On average, most of us hit around 30 to 50 minutes of moderate to intense workout. Yours might be 40 to 80 minutes of pure Hulk Mode before rest phases. If you don't see the fast gains like before, how about trying 1 day at high, 1 day at moderate, and a rest day. The following is 1 day high, the a rest. Then alternate again. This is a fatigue method used by other PE vets confirmed to break past plateaus after a few years of overworking their routines.
It took me nearly 5 years before I pulled the trigger to buy a full panel BioMax900 after weighing the balance research the LEDs used, and monitors the various data results by clinics and third parties.I've heard of red light therapy a couple years ago and I haven't attempted to purchase a red light. As we aged, HMB in combo with Vit D3 is essential to maintain our cellular tissues degradation and regeneration. For younger folks, you see a boost. For older people, you see a reestablish results. Rather than using creatine and heavy metabolic exploits bodubuilders use that put burdens on the organs, this is a safer and better route. I love eggs, but to achieve the same amount of protein incorporation by eating 30 eggs a day is not something I want to pursue.I'll look into HMB.
It means your tissues got pretty dense and not able to feel that extreme stretches. Put all the effort into that 20 minutes of pure raw pulling power. But do add dimensions to the stretches. Contortion, angles, and traction force. I did 25 minutes this morning when I normally do 30, and I couldn't go past the 25th minutes after the higher traction force I used. Based on the visual inspection, it stretched past 8in post routine from 7in before I put on my sleeve to do other things. Push hard and push it safely.I do 1 day on 1 day off and each session is under 20 minutes. I don't see a reason to go above 20 minutes in a session if i'm not feeling a stretch anymore.
The 3 weeks off is basically a decon which means you will probably will see renewed growthI skipped 3 weeks guys because I just entered a new career and had to adjust with the schedule. But I should be back to consistency again starting today![]()
hope so!The 3 weeks off is basically a decon which means you will probably will see renewed growth
Definitely. You should come back and make so good gains.hope so!
