'Cement' mid shaft girth

I read on various threads that by using a cock ring you can cement your girth gain after an excercise over time. I apply a cock ring myself on the base of my penis which causes it to become thicker, but after a couple minutes it's mostly the part right in front of the ring that gets thicker and more concentrated with blood compared to the mid shaft (mid shaft also gets fuller just not as much). I assume it's because blood tries to escape but gets partially blocked by the ring. Could this cause the lower shaft to get more expanded over time and if so, is there a solution to this, like also placing a cock ring around mid shaft to give the middle and upper part of the penis a bit more boost?
 
Cementing girth is all about bringing yourself past your normal girth size consistently and eventually it will stick. To help isolate and expand tissue midshaft the best healing technique will always be cock ring at the bottom and one at the top pushing against each other at the point of desired expansion.
