Cancelling the pills

I misread when I ordered the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words]/WWW access/Pill combo...thought it only included one bottle. Now I just got a second bottle in, and I REALLY don't want the pills. They are of no value to me...just want to cancel.

However, no one will respond to my emails requesting cancel (after a week of repeated pleas). Not the dld email, not the mosorders email, and not Lightning via private message. How can I cancel these!?! I'll even eat the wasted $39.99 that this second bottle cost me...I want NO MORE.

Please...someone help. Is my only resort to cancel the billed CC account?!?

I must say, I do hate auto ship orders that are snuck in or commenced for any reason other than my knowing request; and I am extremely pissed off if I am not properly refunded in full expense for product and shipping - both directions - when this happens. Hope to see this resolved for you. My condolences. Good luck.
 
I am so sorry that you have gone with out response. I will be sure that your order is cancelled and you be refunded for anything you did not want. WHen dealing with a merchant such as CCBill, you have very little leeway and this tends to cause problems as you have stated. My sincerest apologies.
