Alcohol is known to increase bad hormones that cause arteries to constrict, causing a lower blood flow rate. On top of that, it can also increase the hormones response for causing depression, or a depressant generator. I drink wines, beers, and spirits as well, but limit myself. Your question is probably, "How much is too much?" Topping out two cans of 475mL a day. That's pretty much the same as one to two 45mL shots of spirits. Any more than that, your body will start to see s major degradation to cellular regeneration after your routines.
