This is for maintenance so I wanted to just do kegels, towel raises, 2 days hanging 15 minutes each, and 30-60 minutes of regular erections for blood flow, plus rest days if needed. How would that look like in a week?
Man, I understand your curiosity and enthusiasm, but you posted almost this exact same question last night and it was already answered. I don't think it's intentional but you're starting to stray into spam territory.

Dude that’s not what I’m saying, I’m taking about how to incorporate that in the days of weeks. I know what I want to do but what days should they be done on.
I understand your advice I’m asking with the above PE things I listed what days of the week should they go on? I don’t want to do the newbie routine. Only what I had listed, I’m just confused how to make a week by week schedule and what days including rest days

When you have a maintenance program it's enough with 1-2 days per week of PE exercise. 1 day per week should be enough. You are not intending to gain anymore, so that will be enough.

It's hard to support and help you when you are so loocked into that, your ways and methods are the only way. To learn new things you need an open mind. A simple manual stretching routine, with some girth work would be better in my opinion for maintenance.
But there you go...I hope this answer serves you well.
