can anyone HELP right now on AIM - internal bleeding

shit i think i have internal bleeding, i was doing some 440 jilqs and i noticed off coloring all the sudden, now i can tell there is blood inside the shaft of my penis

please im me at led zepplin052 on AIM now if you know anything I really need to know what to do. I will be on for a while looking for info so please help

alright quick update - first of all sorry i know you guys hate it when people post in the wrong section (this should be in the injury section) but i just needed some prompt help cuz i was so scared

i just posted here first cuz i knew most people will see it here

anyway i did some searching on here and i guess its just a normal bruise or something, it just happened all of the sudden it was real wierd - doesnt hurt at all. so im gonna ice it for tonight and ill check tomorrow to see if it has worsened or improved at all.

if i am wrong, and this may actually be a much more serious injury please tell me because i'm still pretty scared at the moment, and i need to know what my next step should be
