Brotherhood talk: Does age affect gains?

I have read about this on some sections of MOS and what I have noticed is that most brothers got into the PE lifestyle at a young age (late teens or in their 20's) and have been on that path for about 10 years or more, now bro's who have gone down this path would tell you that age plays no role in affecting gains, while this maybe true, I am yet to read comments from those who started late (mid 30's - 40's) and this particular group catches my interest as I have always been curious to know if those who start from these age range make any gains from PE. So my question basically is this- does age play any role in improving or restricting gains? do younger PE bro's see faster gains? do older PE bro's see any gains at all, do the gains come the same as younger guys or a lot slower?

Extra: For bro's interested in commenting, It would be nice if you could include your age when you started the PE lifestyle and how long you've been on this.

Anyone? Surely there are fellow PE bros who got into this in their 30's or maybe even later. What has your experience been like? Any gains? For those who started early (in their teens or 20's) and are now in their 30's/ 40's,did you notice in significant impact on your gains (fast gains or slow gains) as you got older? Lets make this interactive, share your experiences.

I started at age 20......
I am now 21........
I have gained 1.5" but also lost 0.5" because I wasn't consistent........

Age does play a role in PE gains. More precisely, your health plays an important role in PE.....
For an average human being......
As you grow older towards your prime, you become more healthier and PE is very effective........
As you grow older after your prime, you become less healthier and PE gains decreases.......

However, if you aren't healthy and still in your 20s, then there is a case in which PE won't work........
Same of old age. If you are over your prime and are healthy, then PE will still work.......

I started 2 years ago at 35. Gained almost 2 full inches in length and almost an inch in girth. Growth slows more as the years go by, more due to the fact that the easy noobie gains are used up then anything else. Thats when the real work and dedication shines thru. The only thing youth *may*have over those older is better EQ to realize the gains and help with sex in general, as penile fatigue can give you a failure to launch scenario, until you are conditioned enough anyway. Those older are more prone to be dedicated and work their program and not give into dispair.. I know if i was 10 years younger i likely would have lacked the determination lol. PE is such a huge part of my life without fail I devote 3 hrs every day to it. Factors affecting growth are, fatigue, cardiovascular health, general inflammation levels in the body, emotional stress wreaks havoc on growth. Not getting enough sleep.. Im a shift worker.. That has made an impact on my health and regenerative capabilities in general. During the week i function on little sleep and my dick is often sore.. After more rest iv experienced more ability to stretch.. Age is less a factor then general health.

Anecdotal evidence shows that penile tissue does become more resistant to stretching or over conditioned. This is why many veterans advocate taking deconditioning breaks. But if you are a noobie and you are older your penis will have no issues adapting to the stretch grow cycle. Adaptation to this cycle thru good health is what makes permanent gains.

I am 50 and started PE at about 45 and have gained 3". Since I was (almost) a senior when I started, I can say that older folks have qualities like dedication, perspective and consistency that are very important in the PE process.

Physically, I don't feel there is a difference. I would add that it took about three years to stretch the tunica so gains now come more easily than when I started the journey.

I turn 37 in May. My age hasn't slowed down my progress at all. I have been losing NBPEL due to weight increase. Keeping weight in check is getting more difficult as I get older.

Fuck that age bullshit,PE is not an Olympic sport where you have to have a certain age to participate,gains are always waiting start a routine n fuck the rest!! I was 5.5 nowadays I'm 7 bpel Lotta breaks too lol lotta reasons why..

He's right older men can be a bit more disciplined

@Mr. Magnum

Same age! interesting comment on time to stretch tunica... had you found any particular exercises/programs to support accelerated tunica stretching?

you’ve had tremendous success! What were your beginning and current stats?

Hey Want More- As I mention in my profile, I started out at a very average 5.5" and am currently 8.5" and still on the journey. In the interest of full disclosure, I am the Product Developer of Magnum Rings and credit that system with my success. The exercises are mostly stretching along with stress created internally by manually forcing surges of blood into the penis. These surges are significant enough to create micro tears and (over a period of years) stretch the tunica. I really appreciate DLD letting me be a part of this community to gain and share PE info.

Without looking in detail what is your product, is it like just wearing two cock rings either end? And how long did u wear them for a day

They are two rings made of latex medical tubing. One ring is worn at the base of the penis to slow blood from returning to the body. The second ring is placed just below the glans which restricts and confines blood flow to the shaft. The surge (or stress) is created by pressing on the scrotum area and forcing blood into the chambers. The key is overloading the penile tissue to create micro tears. Recommended usage is for 15 minutes every other day.

@Mr. Magnum

thanks for the insight. I want to look into your product as well... seems pretty simplistic which is a plus.

also, 3” in ~5 yrs is fantastic! 3” in general is fantastic!! Do you remember how yiur gains came over that timespan? Use any other programs?
