Broken Silistretcher

Hi guys,

Not sure if this is the correct place to post -

Received my kit last week and absolutely love everything.

This morning my 1.25’’ silistretcher chamber broke, and I’m now not able to extract or retract the piston. Please see attached picture of showing the break. The plastic rim has snapped off partially, allowing the metals ring to detach…

I’m not sure how this happened as I’m only using 0.5 turn of vacuum.

Hoping you can please help me with a replacement?

Saw this thread while looking for the sales teams email. This literally just happened to mine also, has worked perfectly for almost 6 months & today just...... pop! The rings all shot apart & will need replacing, bummer.
