Which power assist exercises are you doing? So happy to see somebody’s doing them!

Haha umm well I'm bad with the names of the stretches but basically do 3 minutes of through the hole and down, 3 min through the hole and up, and 2 min each of left and right, all while pulling in the opposite direction with the other hand or using my body. I'd say that manual stretches with the power assist are my preferred length workout

4 Month Measurement


Starting Stats - June 1, 2020


BPEL: 6.25"
EG: 5.5"

Current Stats - Oct 1, 2020

BPEL: 7.25" +1"
EG: 5.75" +.25"

Finally saw some girth gains, pretty much went 3 months without seeing any growth and then boom .25". Length went up another .125" from last measurement and I actually hit my length goal that I had set for myself by Jan 1 2021 after only 4 months. Really proud of myself for staying consistent with PE this time around.

Time to get 8

Super impressive log and progress. I noticed you are using a lot more heat in your more recent routines. I’ve been doing likewise and it’s been great. ??

That’s good because sometimes I get confused and think that you’ve done two or three sessions in one day

This is so much better and I truly appreciate it. This layout helps me understand exactly what you’re doing. Before I thought you were doing like for routines a day so I’m glad to have that figured out.

I love that you have something going on throughout the whole day. Keeping your mind in the game is so important and when you get something in throughout the whole day things just grow so much faster.
