Ok here’s my 1st progress thread I will be keeping track now via mos and hopefully I can stay consistent and do my routine every day
Am/pm
10 minutes bundle stretching via length master
Left 2 minutes
Right 2 minutes
Up 2 minutes
Down 2 minutes
Rotary 2 minutes
20 minutes stretching via power assist
(10 minutes am, 20 minutes pm)
5 minutes body rock stretch
5 minutes side fulcrum stretch
5 minutes bow and arrow stretch
5 minutes tunica fulcrum stretch
Pm
21 minutes bathmate xtreme
5-6-10
ssj’s in between each set
I will start this routine tomorrow and maybe change certain times or excersises depending on how I feel and trial and error, hopefully I can win a phallosan and incorporate that into my routine as well
