Bone pressed is the true length, it can show you what can be expressed out with stretching. And in the case of some people, what even some weight loss can do to reveal more penis under the fat pad. Bone pressed matters more than any other measurements. The only way to get an accurate length measurement is by bone press. Any other length measurement is inconsistent because you need to anchor against the bone in order to avoid the fat pad.
I can tell you at one time I had a 9 inch penis and all you could see was 6 inches of it because of my fat pad. When I lost my fat pad completely you can see my full length. So it’s smart to measure against the bone the same way every time so you get consistent measurements otherwise you will not know if you’re gaining or not.
