Blush VX10 Smart Pump

I just purchased a Blush VX10 Smart pump. I've been using a Bathmate HydroMax for a couple of years, so I am new to pressure readings like the ones on this pump (kpa). So I am looking for some advice on pressures and times.

I am not comfortable going over 10-12 kpa as that is where I start to feel discomfort. I pumped on the palm of my hand and the pump goes over 30 kpa, which was painful to my hand.

Horrible product. Charged the device initially for 8+ hours and would only stay charged for 5 minutes. Contacted sellers tech support and they became very argumentative and refused to respond to emails.
