Hey there,

A lot of people claimed having gained a lot from his exercises. Like... inches in very short periods of time. I don't get why there's not a lot of attention on these exercises. If you would browse R3dd1t for example, you wouldn't come across the mandingo stretch very easily. What you would come across a lot more for example are stretches which people have used (often times 10 different stretches, 5 sets each blabla) to gain 1 inch with in 2/3 years. Why?

Anyways, my original question was how the hell can I know how to perform his exercises properly? Currently I am just doing the Mandingo Stretch because I get how to do that. At least, are you supposed to push your knuckles against your shaft too? I find that I can stretch with way more force by doing this. Is this okay?

I don't get why there aren't any videos around if these exercises can make such a big difference. A lot of people don't get it from just an explanation of the exercise and have asked for a video too but still nothing.. I don't want to cry and moan about it but it's just very unfortunate.

Isn't there a volunteer that could record how you properly execute these exercises?

I would appreciate it a lot, and I think a lot more people would as well.

You have to know how to perform this exercise in order to make video instructions.
For example when it comes to myself. I have only done video instructions, on the exercises I have incorporated into my program. And they work really good if you have high enough intesity.

I can't help you here, because I don't know about this exercise. If you explain what you want, I will be able to help you. Have you looked at the videos in the MOS DVD and this thread? (🗒️ THE LIST).
Either way there are other video instructions on the forum, that will be able to help you to gain length fast.

I could do a video instruction on this exercise, but I need some guidance in how to perform the exercise. If it's even worth doing? I can evaluate its effectiveness for you. Do you have any text instructions for this exercise I can look at?
