Thanks guys. So how much pressure do you use?
How much pressure to use? An age old question. If you have a good pump, such as the
MityVac, the gauge should be monitored very closely. Our penis internal pressure is around 3.5inHg to 4.5inHg. A good start out is at normal internal pressure for a week. When you use the
5x5x3 or any of its modified routine, you should not have any sharp or tingling pain. It should be a dull achiness. It should feel expanded and visually increased at 10%. At minimum, around 5%. Can you measure it? Sure you. But your eyes and brain can distinguish it.
Over the course of every 2 to 3 weeks, increase your pressure slowly. It can be 0.5inHg at a time, and if your penis can feel the needs for the rise in pressure, increase by a full 1inHg. Stay it with for another 3 to 5 weeks. Why so low? This is to prevent the penis from a sudden trauma and cause it to fight back. Penis will response to any heavy trauma by shrinking and hiding inside its body to conserve and preserve itself. Those who likes to put on a brand new pump and has the pressure goes straight to 7inHg or 10inHg as a preset setting, you just flag your penis to its doom.
You will slowly increase your pressure towards the upper pressures. The max upper safety pressure is 10inHg. A good range is between 7 to 10inHg. But this will take you months down the road. Don't just jump from 3.5in or 4.5inHg to 10inHg within the first few months. This is penile suicide.
Maybe I should use a
cock ring or some sort of tie instead. Looking forward to starting this. I think I'll be adding the
LengthMaster to the routine.
Use a dedicated
cock ring, such as the
SiliRings or DuroRings. They are composed of hygienic silicone, while soft enough to expand in case of an emergency, but at the same time, hard enough to sustain compression pressure to hold the blood in side penis during pumping and during resting stages (the post-pumping) to keep your penis plump. Blood kept inside the penis helps to restore the penis faster. But if your blood doesn't cycle out, meaning if your blood starts to change color, you need to help it along. Your penile color should be a nice healthy pinkish color all the time. This is a good blood cycling in and out of your penis. Anyt time you see a purple-ish color, your oxygen level is spent. Squeeze the blood out of your penis, get a light erection, and get more blood in. You can tell if you need new blood within 5 to 10 minutes. You might want to consider getting slightly large penis or
cock rings.
Another question. I read that you all use
hydrocortisone. Is that for blisters or something else?
Hydrocortisone is to suppress irritation for post workout. An example is the
Length Master. We place quite a bit of pressure on the glans. The glans can only handle so much. During the strong tugging and pulling with all those wraps, you create micro fissures and abrasions. The
hydrocortisone helps to protect and heal the skin faster over the natural course of no application of
ointment. You can use oil such as Vit E, castor oil, virgin filtered coconut oil, virgin olive oil, and many more that help. Find one that best fits your needs.
As for blisters, there's no way around it beside letting them heal naturally with some application of ointments.
Hydrocortisone is good. Natural oil is fine as well. But blisters will take between a week to 3 weeks to heal. The inner layer will form in about 3 to 5 days, and the outer layers will pop or shed off. It will take another 2 to 3 weeks for the skin to strengthen up again. This is why we need to go easy and allow the penis to adapt. Too fast and too hard, you set yourself back from doing PE effectively.
